Finding the perfect salon can be a challenge for hairstylist and clients too, I've worked in many salon's in my career and trust me most have been nothing but DRAMA!

Here are some helpful tips to beware of when looking for a salon to work in location is everything! Make sure that it's visible to see if your client's can't find you they will get frustrated and more then likely go to a salon with a visible location.

As for client's make sure that the salon is clean with an inviting vibe! There's nothing worse then to visit a salon and the vibe is negative with bad customer service. Also do your research on the salon YELP or GOOGLE is a very quick and easy way to investigate!! Make sure that you read the reviews and take a look at the pictures too!

As for stylist you should ALWAYS have your work on INSTAGRAM or FACEBOOK it's FREE!!! This is the new yellow pages/salon directory also keep your social media pages current with the latest styles you can attract new client's from posting a video too!
